It's difficult to burn calories with this type of metabolism, and meanwhile I have to be really careful how I move to avoid injuries. But I've found that hula dancing is a great movement for both body and soul, and it hardly ever hurts my muscles. I love the Island Girl workout dvds. I'll find myself moving more gracefully throughout the day, because I can't wait to get back to dancing. By the way, I love reading your reviews on Gwynnie Bee. Just recently I took some time off from GB and re-subscribed, and I noticed you looked amazing (as always.) That's what led me to your blog and I was so happy to find the movement project. Keep inspired! <3Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5063275319434112588.post-23299064408044592542018-05-22T08:24:29.477-04:002018-05-22T08:24:29.477-04:00I personally love Aqua Aerobics and water jogging....I personally love Aqua Aerobics and water jogging. There are a lot of great videos on youtube - I kicked off with yoga for dummies. :)Snoskredhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09704268827537727281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5063275319434112588.post-82795535996437263262018-05-21T15:25:44.589-04:002018-05-21T15:25:44.589-04:00My favorite way to get movement in my life is to g...My favorite way to get movement in my life is to go to places I am surrounded by beauty. Public gardens & our state capitol, as well as my favorite, farmers’ markets. Good luck, Marcy!Meshelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05312886931275142207noreply@blogger.com
